Nottingham Moderns run seven junior teams from under 7s (year 2) to under 13s (year 8), both boys and girls. Each season, we grow to incorporate an extra age group.

We're looking to attract players for all of our squads,
and you WILL get a game if you TRAIN.

PLAYER REGISTRATION

All Parents and Guardians - Could you all ensure that your child has registered as a player with the club (you can also join as a non playing member).

Registration forms can be collected from Team Managers or from Simon Avery (Junior Player Registration Officer) at training on Sundays.

The Butty Brigade

All Parents and Guardians - If you are bringing your child to training and don't fancy standing beside a cold field and feigning enthusiasm why not volunteer to help our stalwarts preparing the food for the hungry heroes when they return to the club house.

Just sign up in the volunteers file in the clubhouse.
 

OPEN DAY

Sunday September 5th 2010 10.15am

On Sunday September 5th the Junior Section of the club has an Open Day with new members welcome. If you've never tried rugby before this is your chance. Its great fun running,chasing, passing and evading as part of a team, making new friends and learning new skills. Children in Years 1,2 & 3 play Tag Rugby. Children in Years 4,5 &6 play mini rugby. The Open Day starts at 10.30 with a brief welcome and then you get the chance to join one of the age group coaching sessions either watching or joining in. We make a special effort on Open Days to make new members welcome.
